The data collected by the data controller concerns the subscriber's name, first name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
Purposes and legal basis of the processing operation:
The purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended concerned:
- the transmission of information by post or digital means on new services, current and future services,
- the transmission of current and future promotional offers,
- the provision of advice concerning the use of products or services,
- commercial prospection.
The processing of the subscriber's personal data is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The subscriber is hereby notified of the processing of his data as well as the reasons why any operations carried out on his data are necessary.
After having read all the conditions of use relating to the newsletter, the subscriber expressly consents to the processing and profiling operations carried out on his personal data.
Recipients of personal data:
The data collected are intended for the controllers.
They may be transmitted directly and/or indirectly to companies operating under the POINT S banner in the subscriber's country and/or to companies used by the data controllers for the performance of their services.
Data retention period
Personal data shall only be retained for as long as necessary for the management of the business relationship.
Right of access, rectification and opposition
The subscriber may at any time access the data concerning him held by the above recipients, request their modification or deletion.
Thus, the subscriber may request that information concerning him that is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous be corrected, completed, clarified, updated or deleted.
The subscriber may also unsubscribe from the newsletter and/or any other means of communication used by the data controllers.

Data controllers guarantee to the subscriber that his/her request will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within one month of receipt of the request by one of the data controllers.
Within the framework of the present contract, the subscriber has the possibility to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
